Unfortunately we can not cover postage or any additional charges or fees that may occur at this time.
All of our products are made to order from the nearest location available to where the order was placed. We do not currently hold stock at our fulfilment locations, so all returns will need to be sent to our UK headquarters. Please get in touch when you have a return request for more information.
FAULTY OR DAMAGED GOODS
Exchanges are not currently offered. If a different size or colour is required, simply return the original item(s) within 30 days for a refund and then place a new order for the preferred item(s). All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, Tonic Supply Co does not offer free returns at this time.
Please always refer to our sizing charts located on all our product pages to ensure you are ordering the correct size. If you are unsure please get in touch.

REFUNDSRefunds are currently only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us with your order number and photos of the items and we’ll resolve the issue as soon as we can.
